Transcripts

Policy

Transcripts are maintained on all students who have been or are currently enrolled in the school.  A final official transcript is retained in the student and/or graduate record ad infinitum.

School safety paper will be utilized for both official and unofficial transcripts.  The transcript is official if stamped by the Registrar and imprinted with the school seal.  An official transcript may only be released to the student in a sealed school envelope, which is signed across the closure and imprinted with the school seal.  Transcripts that are not official are stamped “unofficial”. 

All requests for transcripts must be made in writing. Transcripts, references or any information concerning a student or graduate will not be released if there is any outstanding indebtedness to the school. Official transcripts must be mailed directly to the agency or institution requiring them or may be issued directly to the student/graduate only in a sealed envelope which is signed across the closure and labeled with "official transcript encolsed". There is a fee of $10 per transcript.  Allow 5-7 business days to process transcripts. Please make check payable to LMH. Include address(es) where transcripts are to be mailed with check and written request and send to:

The initial transcript is issued at no charge; additional copies are issued for a fee established by LMRC.
