Costs, Billing and Refunds

Costs and Billing

Students will be billed for tuition and fees prior to each semester / summer session to which they are enrolled. Bills are payable before the first day of class / clinical of each semester / summer session. The discharge of all financial obligations is prerequisite to class entry, promotion and graduation. Students will not be considered enrolled in the program until tuition and fees are received or a payment plan contract is signed.

Students may pay tuition and fees through a payment plan.  This plan must be established with the Bursar at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester.  A binding contract must be signed. Payments are due by the first business day of each month.  Late fees may be charged if payments are not received when due and the student may be refused admission to class/clinical until payment and late fees are paid.

Students are required to purchase uniforms, ID pins and program emblem from the designated uniform company before entrance to the Program.  Accessory items, including  lab coats and appropriate shoes, may be purchased through the uniform company or independently.

Textbooks for medical radiography courses are ordered on-line each semester.  Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.  Books for non-medical radiography courses may be purchased at the Regis College bookstore.

Students are expected to make provisions for their own meals. Cafeterias are available on both the Medford and Weston campuses as well as at affiliating agencies.

Costs are subject to change without notice.
